Amma resort is one of the most serious projects in Montenegro. This prestigious coastal resort will represent a harmonious and carefully designed blend of modern and coastal. The location will be in Čanje, a hidden and untouched part of the Montenegrin coast.

The name AMMA was chosen carefully, and in Tamil, one of the Hindu languages, means mother. We are all aware of the symbolism. A mother is something sublime and closest to the heart for every individual, while the mother of humanity is also nature. And rich nature surrounds this resort.

The future project includes the construction of residential buildings and hotel facilities.

Given that the Celebić group has a successful cooperation with IHG, a high-class Intercontinental brand hotel with 199 accommodation units will be built in this resort. The hotel will be in the shape of a ship, and all accommodation units will have a view of the sea. Perfect exterior, outdoor swimming pool and lush vegetation will set this hotel apart and give it a special place in the tourist offer of Montenegro.

In addition to the pristine coast, Čanj is also characterized by an attractive location. The numbers speak for this, so our future customers can reach Podgorica in 40 minutes, PG airport in 30 minutes, Bar in 20 minutes, Budva in 15 minutes, Tivat in 30 minutes.

The residential part of the complex includes the construction of 8 buildings – 6 buildings with 6 floors and two buildings with 3 floors. The total number of residential units of different structures in this part of the complex is 242. Our customers will have the option of choosing from studio apartments, through one-, two- and three-room apartments, to penthouses.

All residential units in these buildings, as well as accommodation units in the hotel, will have a view of the sea, and three outdoor swimming pools, restaurants and an open bar, give a special note of comfort and luxury to all future residents.

Healthy lifestyles are imperative, both for our company and for all our associates, so future customers will also have access to sports facilities, i.e. sports courts for basketball and tennis, which will be located on the hill behind the hotel.

Under the complex there are underground garages that can supply all guests and apartment owners.

All apartment buyers can sign an apartment rental agreement with the hotel and thus have a chance to return the property.

Along the entire coast, which is 1.2 km long, the construction of a new lungomare promenade is planned by the Municipality of Bar.
