The Čelebić City company is established as a result of multi-annual development of the zone in Donja Gorica, and within Čelebić Group it manages the hotel and the sport&recreation Verde Complex.

In April 2019, a franchise agreement was signed between Čelebić City (Verde complex) and InterContinental Hotels Group. The InterContinental Hotel Group is a global organization, which has 16 hotel brands in its portfolio, with over 5,800 hotels, represented in almost 100 countries around the world. By the end of this year, Verde Hotel will join the family of the newest brand of high class hotels – voco.

Verde Complex comprises of three units:

1. Hotel Verde
2. Sports venue and open sports fields;
3. Wellness & Spa Centre with the indoor half-Olympics sized swimming pool.

Hotel Verde may accommodate 174 persons, and spacious and pleasant accommodation comprisesof 81 accommodation units of various structure.

The hotel has three conference rooms:

• “Čelebić” room – 179 m²
• “Verde“ room – 106 m²
• “Sitnica“ room – 63 m²

The surface area of the sports venue is 5000 m², and its capacity is over 2100 seats. On the area of 1680 m²(dimensions47,30 m x 35,50 m), there is a multifunctional ground, where basketball, volleyball, handball and five-a-side football matches may be organised.

Verde Complexoffers also the following sports grounds:

• 2 professional football fields with accompanying facilities;
• Indoor five-a-side football pitch with stands (100 seats);
• 2 indoor clay tenniscourts;
• 1 outdoor clay tenniscourt;
• 1 outdoor multifunctional surface basketball court.

The indoor, half-Olympic size swimming pool (dimensions 25x21m) naturally contributes to the rich sport&recreation offer.
