The Čelebić Zone in Donja Gorica is a completely unique urban unit in this region. In this location, which we have been developing for more than 20 years, today we are unifying a business zone – that brings together in one place very successful companies, such as Čelebić Holding, Gorenje, Neregelia, Bar Kod, Primat; an educational zone –consisting of the University of Donja Gorica and the QSI International Primary and Secondary School; and a sports-recreational zone – that is being built in phases. The first phase involved the construction of three tennis courts, football and multifunctional pitches and the exclusive Sport Club restaurant. In the second phase, we joined the fantastic Hotel Verde featuring a wellness centre, indoor swimming pool and a sports venue with a capacity of 3,000 seats, to this prominent sports and recreation complex called Verde.

In the near future, on Mihinje Hill, next to the Verde Complex, the construction of the Verde Village, a village of individual housing, is planned, based on similar ones in developed parts of Europe. It is a developed concept of housing in a maximally natural environment, with amenities available that complement this lifestyle (playgrounds, promenades, greenery, etc.).
