The project of the Čelebić Industrial Zone, located in Donji Kokoti, started with the construction of a warehouse and a commercial facility for the needs of our company in Donji Kokoti, in the Podgorica suburb of Donja Gorica. As a continuation of the development of this zone, the construction of a second multifunctional hall is planned for the near future. In this way, the Čelebić Company will begin to develop the concept of concentrating manufacturing- and warehouse-type businesses in a single location.

The concept of an industrial zone involves cost reductions in terms of the provision of infrastructure, and the relocation of industrial premises to the periphery will improve the quality of life in the city itself. An important prerequisite for the development of an industrial zone is infrastructural organisation at an enviable level that significantly influences the efficiency of production and distribution, without disturbing the traffic in the city itself and which is not part of it. One of the important aspects is ecological considerations, with reduced emissions of harmful gases.
