The City Zone is a visionary project that was initiated in the design offices of the Čelebić Company 15 years ago and which has now been transformed into the most attractive zone in Podgorica, of equal interest both for living and for working. The fact that the most successful domestic companies, banks, shops and restaurants are gathered in one zone is sufficient confirmation of the success of the vision.

Everything started from cooperation with Delta Holding and the construction of Delta City, a building that, with its sheer floor space, design and facilities, has set a new standard in the construction market in Montenegro. The construction of this exclusive shopping centre meant the beginning of the realisation of the Čelebić Company’s carefully planned vision, today known to the citizens of Montenegro as City Quarter. In just a few years, at a completely new location in Podgorica, the most attractive residential and business zone has been developed, recognisable by its design, concept, the quality of materials used, children’s playgrounds, the broad plateaux and a completely new lifestyle.

Today, we can proudly say that we have created a zone, in which very profitable businesses are concentrated – from smaller family undertakings to more serious international companies – and which many of our fellow citizens have chosen as an ideal place to live in.
