The tourist complex „Čanj Investment“ is conceived as a unique spatial-urbanistic unit with sea view located on the intact hill in Čanj. The complex includes a central hotel unit, apartments and villas available for rent all interconnected by pedestrian infrastructure, which enhances the ecologic character of the settlement.

The new complex, enclosed in a natural surrounding will be the generator of future development of this seaside location.

Having in mind the potential of this location, we had launched an international tender for the offer of the best urbanistic-architectural solution to which the leading regional architectural offices have already responded.
