When choosing an apartment, choose a home
The first building within the City Quay complex is progressing and has already begun to receive the appearance of a powerful nine-storey building with a fantastic view of the Gorica hill. We are looking forward to constructing the first building that will be completed in March 2019.
We already talked a lot about the City Quay project, but the fact is that the buyers and future tenants of this quarter very well accepted our idea of a concept that unites the natural environment, comfortable housing and affordability of residential units.
We have already highlighted that several times and we would definitely call the City Quay concept nostalgic. There is something there that belongs to the past times: from the greenery around the buildings and the shade that gathers neighbours, to the return to Morača, to which the Podgorica people are so attached.
In addition to greenery and promenade, the materials that we build into our residential buildings are also very important to the future tenants of the quarter, so we will list some of the more important items when buying a residential unit.
Facade
On the outer wall, a 10 cm thick styrofoam thermal insulation system is installed. This type of facade provides an indoor climate that suits each season: warm in winter, and fresh in the summer, and in addition it provides perfect finishing of walls and excellent resistance to crack formation. The apartments our company builds are known as “economical” when it comes to electricity consumption, and this is, among other things, precisely because of the fantastic facade thermal insulation system (in the construction of City Quay we cooperate with the renowned manufacturer Bekament).
Ceramics
Ceramic tiles that are placed in bathrooms and kitchens are of the first class, and these are from the reputable manufacturers of Atlas Concorde, Italy and Marazzi, Spain.
Marazzi was founded as a family company in 1935 in Sassoule, Italy. Today it is individually the world’s largest ceramic producer with plants in Italy, Spain, Russia, the United States and Eastern Europe.
There are several types of floor and wall tiles from both manufacturers on offer, that allow you to combine and create imaginative mosaics.
Woodwork
The interior doors are from Drvolik Plus, with foil as final finishing. This is a FFL model, 3D foil rustic oak.
Sanitary equipment
On all sanitary facilities, there is the built-in flushing cistern, by the renowned manufacturer Geberit, and wash basins and lavatory pans in our apartments are from the Selnova 3 series, by the Italian manufacturer Pozzi Ginori. AnotherItalian brand Painiis in charge of the faucets (Arena series), and the showers basins and cabins are provided by the Serbian manufacturer Favorit Šabac.
Parquet
In the living and sleeping rooms there is a floor made of three-layer parquet Tarkett– brushed oak. Tarket parquet is 100% ecological floor, finished with Proteco lacquer, which is applied 5 times, making it resistant to scratches and wear. Tarkett products are known for their highly resistant surface layer.
Finally, when choosing a residential unit, stop and think: Where can I get more quality at the price I can afford? Then the choice becomes much simpler, because when you choose our housing unit, we build a home for you.
