The office building of the Interior Ministry’s Podgorica Regional Unit is the most modern facility for the needs of the Montenegrin police force and for the Ministry of Public Administration. It is a modern facility, built to the highest standards, ensuring that people with disabilities can access all the amenities within the facility.

The new building of the Police Directorate has a basement, ground floor, three upper floors and a mansard, as well as an underground garage beneath the plateau in front of the building. On the ground floor are the facilities that are available to citizens, as well as the rooms for the criminal investigation technical unit that are also partly located in the basement. In the building’s basement there is a kitchen with a restaurant, warehouse spaces, as well as a gym for the needs of the employees.

All the sectors of the Podgorica Regional Unit are equipped with state-of-the-art office space, multimedia rooms with isolated spaces for translators and press conferences, and the renowned Italian company Frezza was hired to provide the equipment. Within the facility is one of the most modern and technically best-equipped duty police centres in the region.
