The new neighbourhood that the Čelebić Company is building radiates nature and freshness. With this project we are implementing a vision that we have been working on for a number of years, which is to bring Podgorica’s rivers closer to the city’s inhabitants. In this way, we will realise the project of the first quay in Podgorica, in addition to a newly built neighbourhood: promenades and a green strip along the River Morača, which marks the beginning of a new era of Podgorica’s development, on the banks of the river that is the symbol of our city.

The neighbourhood itself is designed in such a way that it includes three comfortable residential buildings, with apartments that the market has already recognised as an excellent combination of quality, functionality and affordability.

The greener and fresher life style that City kej radiates is a novelty, and it involves building a promenade and a green strip next to the River Morača along the new neighbourhood in the immediate vicinity of the city centre itself and other important and useful institutions (a school, kindergarten, secondary school, the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Economics, a stadium, the hospital’s accident and emergency department, the city centre, Bokeška Street, etc.)

Resting spaces, benches and cascading stairs suitable for sitting on, a children’s playground and a café are planned at the beginning of the quay. The idea is to connect all the green zones in the surrounding areas so it is possible to get to Gorica Hill in just a few minutes using the pedestrian path and then to go back down to the quay in just a few steps.
