The new Čelebić Group Headquarters office building gathers at one place all the companies developed under the Čelebić Company umbrella (Čelebić Recreativo, Čelebić Loyal, Čelebić Rent, IT desk, C&S Energy, Čelebic Agrar, CMC, Business City, Bazar Montenegro).

Our vision was to move our business to one of the zones we have been developing for years and that next to the unique Verde Complex, University of Donja Gorica and the Business zone that gathers representative Montenegrin and foreign companies (Bar Kod, Neregelia, Gorenje, Renault), it is also our headquarters. And thus, the new Čelebić Group headquarters is at the adjacent street postal number to the University of Donja Gorica, at Oktoih 2, Donja Gorica, 81000 Podgorica.

The new Čelebić Group headquarters building is a maximum comfortable and functional facility, built in line with the newest trends in construction. The energy efficiency was especially taken into account, so that this time we made a step further and installed three-layers glass with the best performance features currently possible to provide at our market, while we used ceramics by the renowned Spanish manufacturer Levantin for the facade of the building.

Also, during design and construction, we have especially taken into account the maximum comfort and accessibility of capacities in performing daily work. Thus,  on the first floor we provided 11 offices and one meeting room, while on the second floor there are 22 offices and three meeting rooms. All the meeting rooms are installed with the state of the art IT equipment. On the facility’s ground floor there is a big showroom envisaged for presentations, training, meetings and cocktail parties.

In the facility’s basement there is an underground parking lot for the company management’s needs.
