The shopping centre Butiko is situated on the expressway Budva – Tivat, in Radanovići, Kotor municipality. Considering its good connectivity with Budva, Tivat and Kotor, the shopping centre will be easily accessible to both inhabitants of these cities and to tourists.

Free areas appearing near the facility, i.e., between the facility and the roads, are solved by forming the paved pedestrian communications, terraces for the needs of the bars on the ground floor as well as the free green areas.
