The Verde Complex is located on the bank of the River Sitnica, in Donja Gorica, just 6 km from Podgorica’s city centre. It is suitable for organising and holding various sports, business, cultural and other events on demand; it is ideal for preparing top athletes, for congress tourism, for business people, but also for recreational people who want to enjoy a variety of amenities. A hotel, restaurant, sports venue, gym, outdoor courts, wellness & spa and indoor swimming pool have been built within this complex.

Hotel Verde is a part of a recreational complex that is located slightly away from the city, a 4-star hotel that can accommodate 174 guests. Its spacious and comfortable accommodation is made up of 81 accommodation units of various layouts: 58 standard rooms, six superior rooms, six triple rooms, six junior suites, two apartment suites, one family room, one deluxe suite and one room for people with disabilities. Built to international standards of construction, using environmentally friendly materials and installed systems, the hotel provides its guests with the necessary comfort, peace, a pleasant working atmosphere and services designed to complement and make the guests’ stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are decorated with natural colours and modern furniture design.

Within the hotel, a rich culinary offer has been designed, for both the boarding house and the à-la-carte restaurant with VIP Gallery.

The VERDE Complex also offers sports facilities: an indoor five-a-side football pitch with stands (100 seats), two indoor clay tennis courts, one outdoor tennis court with a slag surface, and one outdoor basketball court with a multifunctional surface.

The modern-design sports venue is the complex’s special unit, intended for professionals and recreationists, as well as for different organisations that may need to use it. The area of the hall is 5,000 m2 with a capacity of over 2,100 seats. On the floor surface of 1,680 m2 (dimensions 47.30 m x 35.50 m), there is a multifunctional court, where basketball, volleyball, handball and five-a-side football matches can be organised. The venue is designed to respond to the most demanding events and includes: four changing rooms for sports teams, a changing room for officials, one room for physiotherapists and doping control, a VIP entrance, conference room, press box, a VIP lodge and a underground garage.

The remaining facilities of the complex have been designed to provide guests with additional relaxation and increasingly sought-after recreation facilities.

An indoor, semi-Olympic-size pool certainly contributes to the rich sports and recreational offer. The modern design, spacious terrace, modern-furnished changing rooms with showers make the Verde pool unique in this region. The pool can be used by hotel guests, as well as recreationists and professionals. The swimming pool’s dimensions allow for recreational swimming, water polo training and competitions, swimming competitions in eight lanes with a length of 25 m, longer-length swimming competitions with a turn at 25 m and the organisation of swimming schools.
